GPRS / /
- By means of the GPRS card, all logged data from the different sensors and installation devices are sent to the GreenPowerMonitor server.
- GPRS transmissions are very reliable, given that they solely depend on the network coverage and the service provided by the mobile operator, but it is not possible to interrupt then when configuring other devices.
- Thanks to the high volume of installation of GreenPowerMonitor, cost of GPRS transmissions is low and included in the cost of service provided by GreenPowerMonitor, therefore you do not have to worry about purchasing a SIM card.

WIND / /
Data of wind are of vital importance in solar PV plants developed with trackers, given that in situations with high wind speeds, the trackers must be positioned horizontally in order to avoid structural damage.
Wind data are also used in smaller wind installations (micro turbines), with an energy meter connected to the pulse input.
The digital inputs in this card are compatible with:
- Anemometer and weather vane Davis Vantage pro.
- Pulse input from energy counter.

COMMUNICATIONS / /
Thanks to the programming of different protocols, it can communicate with the majority of inverters in the market (Mastervolt, Ingeteam, Fronius, SolarMax, SMA, Sunways, Jema, etc), with bidirectional meters or protection relays, among other devices.
It can also be used to communicate with the GPM PV+ and/or the COLOUR INFORMATION DISPLAY, so that you can watch the parameters of your installation within a chart in real time.
This card features a DB-9 connector for communications:
- RS-485 o RS-422: Multiple device communication. Maximum distance 1020 m.
- RS-232: Communication with one device only. Maximum distance 15 m.

ETHERNET / /
As in the case of the GPRS card, the Ethernet card can be used to transmit all monitored data in the installation to the GreenPowerMonitor server.
Communication via Ethernet is especially recommended in large installations with access to broadband network, as long as the amount of variables to be monitored is very high and the communication network is for exclusive use of the monitoring and the security services.
It can operate in 10 / 100Mbps, fixing the IP address or connecting to a DHCP Server.

THERMAL / /
This card has been especially designed for monitoring of solar thermal installations. It is possible to measure the temperature in the collector field and accumulation, volume of flow in the primary circuit, and pressure. This allows knowing the temperature differentials, whether the pumps are kicking into operation or if there is a leak of fluid in the circuit.
The inputs featured by this card are the following:
- 2 Generic Inputs: 0..10V or 4..20mA or digital inputs (VFP)
- 2 Inputs for PT1000 temperature sensors
|
DIGITAL INPUTS / /
This card can be used in installations to watch how digital signals change, as for example signals that indicate the status of a discharger or a line protection. In this way, you can exactly be aware of when a protection device must be replaced, as well as its location without the need of moving around the entire installation.
Thanks to this card, you will always be able to detect any event in a protection line.
The inputs available in this card are the following:
- 3 x RJ45 connectors with four inputs each, enabling monitoring of up to 12 potential-free digital inputs (VFP)
|
SOLAR / /
It is the most commonly used card in photovoltaic installations, as it adapts to all of them. It even allows carrying out the entire monitoring of a small installation without the need of adding any additional hardware.
This card is enough to have a small installation monitored, with data of temperature, radiation and energy production.
The inputs featured by this card are the following:
- 2 Inputs for PT1000 temperature sensors
- 1 Input for irradiance 0…125mV; (Designed for SPEKTRON-200)
- 1 Input for connection of energy counter with pulse output
